About me

Jon Goodwin is the husband to Jennifer since 2001, the dad to Kaitlyn, Matthew, and Daniel, pastor of Hartland Bible Church, an avid whitetail deer hunter, outdoor influencer, and lover of all things outdoors.

Jon has dabbled in the outdoor industry for years and owns the Wild Game Freaks brand which gets millions of impressions each month on Instagram.  Jon is also a cohost of Christian Outdoors Podcast and the host of Devotions with Christian Outdoors.

He is also passionate about local engagement in his community and he avidly volunteers with several non-profits and sits on multiple non-profit boards.  Whether it be through preaching at his church, recording the weekly devotions with Christian Outdoors, sharing at a sportsmen’s banquet, or sitting down at a diner having a good cup of coffee, Jon relishes every opportunity to share about his love for Jesus.
